At Little Canela Co., we want you and your little chef to love exploring the kitchen together! Every book and product is created with care to empower independent, hands-on learning.

📦 Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping speed.

  • Tracking: Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

🔄 Return Policy (Physical Products)

We accept returns on physical items (including the I Can Cook! cookbook and bundled physical gifts) under the following guidelines:

  • 30-Day Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused, in its original condition, and free of kitchen wear, spills, or damage. All included accessories or physical bonuses must be returned together.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or damaged item.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (minus original shipping fees).

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged during transit or has a printing defect:

  1. Please email us at littlecanelaco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a quick photo of the damaged item/packaging.

  3. We will immediately send you a replacement at no extra cost to you, or process a full refund.

💻 Digital Downloads & Printable Items

  • Due to their instant digital nature, all digital downloads (including printables, scavenger hunt sheets, and digital guides) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your files, please contact us and we will gladly ensure you receive your files!
